Job Description
Job Summary/Objective
- Install, calibrate, and repair automated machinery, control panels, and field devices (sensors, motors, photo eyes).
- Troubleshoot malfunctions in Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs), Drives, and 480V 3-phase systems.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and updates to wiring diagrams and system documentation.
- Utilize CMMS system, SAP.
- Ensure compliance with industry safety regulations and electrical codes.

Minimum Requirements
- Associate degree or technical training, certification a plus.
- Strong diagnostics and troubleshooting skills.
Education and Experience
- Minimum Education Level: High School Diploma.
- Years of Experience: 1-3.
- Field of Expertise: Electrical Controls.
- Preferred:
- Minimum Education Level: High School Diploma.
- Specialized Degree: Associates or Technical School.
- Years of Experience: 3+.
Other Preferred Skills
- Understanding of AC / DC electrical circuits, pneumatics, hydraulics, and motors.
- Knowledge of Siemens and Allen Bradley.
- Ability to edit, change or program PLC’s and drives.
Physical Requirements
- Carrying/Lifting up to 50 lbs: 20%.
- Climbing: 5%.

- Walking: 20%.
- Pushing/Pulling 50lbs or greater: 15%.
