Job Summary

The overall role of Technician, Electrical and Automation is to perform engineering tasks and work with the engineering team for continuous electrical operation improvement to ensure efficiency and profitability in support of the overall operation goal and company objective.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily engineering operation, perform maintenance requests, monitor building maintenance, and support the operation team to ensure efficient plant operations
  • Execute maintenance plan and continuously implement it to ensure that all relevant maintenance parts are sourced and reported in a timely manner to minimize breakdowns and ensure smooth operation
  • Examine needs on spare parts to minimize unplanned stops with cost optimization
  • Work with facilities team, third parties, and sub-contractors to ensure all assigned tasks are completed on time and comply with ISO (QMS, EMS, FSMS, GMP, and HACCP) standards and Occupational Health and Safety requirements
  • Implement 7S (5S, Safety and Security) at Plant areas to ensure efficiency and improvements in the work environment
  • Conduct Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), identify problems, and take prompt action on reliable repair and maintenance services to respond to problems that occur
  • Complete daily operation reports, maintenance plans, and building maintenance and report to the Supervisor, Electrical and Automation to monitor maintenance and inspection plans
  • Other tasks will be assigned as needed

Qualifications

  • Education: High school, Associate Degree, Bachelor Degree in Technical Skill, Engineering, or equivalent
  • Experience: 4 years of experience in Technical Management or equivalent in FMCG Manufacturing
  • Skills and Knowledge: Working knowledge of ISO, GMP, 5S, and HACCP in a manufacturing environment; Competencies in computer and Microsoft Office skills; Good level of English (writing, listening, and speaking)
