Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Implements online lead-generation and advertising activity to contribute to sales
  • Tracks analytics across all digital channels – contents, social media, and web data insight weekly/monthly on progress reports
  • Maintains knowledge on campaign ads management for all social media platforms to optimize costs and effectiveness. Understanding of SEO and SEM is advantageous.
  • Collaborates with the digital marketing team to ensure all digital content is placed in the appropriate ad formats
  • Identifies latest social media features and trends to keep the brand at the forefront of innovation in the FMCG industry
  • Stays updated on digital platform issues
  • Performs other tasks assigned by superiors

Key Challenges

  • Demonstrate ability to develop creative, unique, and trendy plans aligned with current market conditions and consumer trends
  • Operate ads with cost-effective and efficient budgets to enhance brand visibility
  • Be willing to work beyond regular hours, including holidays and weekends, for company events

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Media and Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in media, digital marketing, or FMCG
  • Skills and Knowledge: Proficient in digital technical issues, social media management, and online advertising; basic IT technical support and necessary development tools; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; strong social media proficiency; fluency in both Khmer and English; detail-oriented
