About the Role
This is a hybrid role for the dealership, offering variety in day-to-day tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and thorough, with an interest and skills in light mechanical work.
Responsibilities
- Clean RVs inside and outside
- Prep RV for customer purchase and showroom floor
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Perform light mechanical work such as installing batteries, applying putty sticks, applying silicone, helping hang awnings, etc.
- May cross-train to perform other duties (e.g., driving forklifts)
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned by manager
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Housekeeping or car detailing experience is preferred
- Experience in light mechanical work
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to withstand prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending
- May lift up to 25 lbs. and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices
- Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record
- Exposure to heights and hazards related to working with electrical and welding equipment
- Environmental conditions include heat, cold, humidity, noise, dust, and wetness
Pay
The pay range for this role is $15.77–$18.93 hourly, considering factors such as skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and business needs.
