Technician - Crossbore

About the role

We are seeking talented individuals to join our team in Charlotte, NC. As a Technician, you will support the operation of advanced robotic CCTV inspection systems and specialized field equipment used to identify and prevent underground utility cross bores.

Primary Responsibilities

• Aid in preparing, locating, and maintaining robotic inspection equipment.
• Deploy inspection equipment into pipelines using cranes or hooks.
• Set up and maintain safe work zones, including traffic control and flagging.
• Mark locations on the job site with utility marking paint.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with heavy machinery and equipment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Skills

• Basic computer literacy.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work safely and follow safety protocols.

Pay

$20 - 23 per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule

Weekly Pay, Paid Training, Career advancement, Next Step Program, 30/60/90 Day evaluations for new hires, Bi-Annual performance reviews and career conversations, Paid travel time, travel differential & per diem for traveling roles, Company paid uniforms, safety boot voucher and PPE provided, Overtime Opportunities (5-10 hours OT per week avg).
