Location: Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Administrative Center, Naples – Human Resources / Compensation department.
About the role
This is an entry-level, full-time (1.00 FTE) non-bargaining position focused on extensive data entry and detailed computer work.
Responsibilities
- Perform large-volume data entry using numeric keypad / ten-key / calculator.
- Apply strong math skills to compensation-related tasks.
Requirements
- Proficiency with numeric keypad / ten-key / calculator.
- Strong math skills.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends when needed.
Qualifications
- Word and Excel skills (including VLOOKUP) are a plus.
- Experience with Ez-Pickin’s software is a plus.
- Human Resources, Compensation, or Payroll experience is preferred.
- Experience using AS400 / TERMS is preferred.
