Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CMM and equipment to make complex and precise measurements of components, tooling, and fixtures
- Read and interpret specification manuals, blueprints and templates for product specification such as tooling instructions, tolerances and dimensions
- Create setup sheets and documents
- Read and interpret measurements, output data and element graphic data
- Analyze final product, checking validity of output to specifications required in blueprints and technical manuals
- Recognize and identify final output accuracy and identify when the final product is inaccurate
- Maintain CMM machines to include probe qualification and regular cleaning
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Minimum 2 years' of CNC or CMM programming experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience with routine calibration and maintenance on machines
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of aviation principles and practices
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
The pay range for this position is $29.21 - $39.62 per hour. The compensation package includes a performance-based cash incentive and benefits such as comprehensive healthcare, a 401(k) with a 100% company match, paid time off, and more.

Shifts available: 1st Shift
