Responsibilities
- Assist the Principal Investigator and postdoctoral researchers with laboratory research.
- Perform virology, molecular biology, and cell-based assays.
- Process blood specimens and isolate cells for experimental use.
- Record experimental results and maintain accurate laboratory databases.
- Prepare and operate laboratory equipment according to established protocols.
- Perform other related duties necessary to support the laboratory, research projects, and day-to-day operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in biology, biochemistry, molecular biology, microbiology, chemistry, or a related life science, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- At least six months of experience in a research laboratory.
- Prior experience in virology, molecular biology, cell culture, or related laboratory techniques is highly desirable.

The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training.
