Role: Lead Technician in a security systems installation team. Responsibilities Assist in installing and configuring security systems such as CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.Pull, route, and manage low-voltage cables, ensuring organization and safety standards.Support system integration with other data center or facility systems.Help with mounting equipment, connecting power and data cables, and initial system power-ups.Install conduit and cable trays per blueprints and design specifications.Identify and troubleshoot installation or connectivity issues.Coordinate with electricians, network specialists, and other trades during construction.Follow safety protocols and ensure quality control in all installations.Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and system configurations. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent.2-5 years experience with security system installations and low-voltage cabling.Knowledge of cable pulling, conduit work, and electrical safety.Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.Basic understanding of electrical components and system troubleshooting.Preferred: certifications in low-voltage electrical work or security systems, experience in data centers or new construction, ability to read blueprints, and physical ability to lift heavy materials.Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, teamwork, and communication abilities.
