You will be responsible for ensuring that all buildings and equipment are in good condition and operating efficiently. Additionally, you will maintain the cleanliness and attractiveness of grounds and common areas. Your dedication and high energy towards your work will allow residents to feel at ease, knowing that their homes and surroundings are in safe hands. You will also be expected to respond promptly to any maintenance requests. The Ideal Candidate Will: Be committed to and passionate about 100% customer satisfactionPossess a high school diploma or equivalentHave experience with general maintenance in a community setting; previous experience working in a health care environment is a plusHave basic knowledge of appliances, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and electrical maintenance and repairHave knowledge and experience working with technology such as smartphones, tablets, smart remotes, smart TVs, and personal computers.Ability to work with vendorsAbility to lift up to 60 poundsHave working knowledge of business software and Microsoft operating systemsHave the ability to move quickly to various areas of the entire propertyPhysical work is a primary part of this roleBe available for a rotating on-call shiftBe able to read, write, and speak English in order to communicate clearly with other team members and residentsBe able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members, and visitorsValid Driver's LicenseAbility to pass a drug screening We are looking to hire individuals whose values align with ours and who believe in doing everything they can to lead by example in safety, compassion, and empathy.
