About the role

Responsibilities

• Perform duties relative to tile, caulking, and stonework.
• Professionally engage with customers during projects and answer questions.
• Daily travel to job sites in the greater Richmond area, of which ~ 95% are indoors.
• Keep company vehicles and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition.
• Follow all safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Dependable, self-confident and punctual.
• Detail-oriented and appreciation for quality work.
• Customer focused.
• Work independently and occasionally in teams.
• Proficient with mobile tech (email, texting...).
• Problem solver.
• Uncompromising integrity.
• Safely lift 35 pounds.
• Prefers physical movement throughout your workday instead of sitting behind a desk or the like.
• Good driving record and pass a background check.
• Desire to win!
