Job Description As a Tile and Grout Restoration Technician at Sir Grout, you will play a key role in restoring the beauty of tiled surfaces, providing exceptional service to our clients. Your responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities Tile and Grout Cleaning: Utilize specialized cleaning equipment and solutions to clean and restore tile and grout surfaces.Grout Color Sealing: Apply color sealing to grout lines, ensuring a fresh and uniform appearance while providing protection against stains.Tile and Grout Repair: Conduct minor repairs to cracked or damaged tiles and grout, restoring surfaces to their original condition.Surface Inspection: Assess the condition of tiled surfaces and provide recommendations for restoration or maintenance.Customer Interaction: Interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner, addressing any questions or concerns and ensuring satisfaction with the restoration process.Equipment Maintenance: Properly maintain and care for cleaning equipment and vehicle to ensure optimal performance and safety.
