Sir Grout is a leading provider of tile and grout restoration services, committed to revitalizing surfaces and transforming spaces. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled Tile and Grout Restoration Technician to join our team.

Job Description

• Customer Interaction: Interact with clients professionally and courteously, addressing any questions or concerns and ensuring satisfaction with the restoration process.
• Tile and Grout Cleaning: Utilize specialized cleaning equipment and solutions to clean and restore tile and grout surfaces.
• Tile and Grout Repair: Conduct minor repairs to cracked or damaged tiles and grout, restoring surfaces to their original condition.
• Grout Color Sealing: Apply color sealing to grout lines to achieve a fresh and uniform appearance, while also protecting against stains.
• Secondary Services: These may include residential stone countertop sealing and applying coatings to all floors and surfaces.
• Surface Inspection: Assess the condition of tiled surfaces and provide recommendations for restoration or maintenance.
• Safety Adherence: Safely and efficiently operate the service vehicle, utilize chemicals, and maintain equipment. Follow all safety regulations at all times, including inspecting equipment, adhering to Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) standards, and using the proper equipment for each job.
• Equipment Maintenance: Properly maintain and care for cleaning equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Inventory: Maintain and report on an accurate inventory of chemical products, PPE, etc.
• Reporting: Report all safety concerns or injuries immediately.

Requirements

• Previous Tile and Grout Restoration Experience: Proven experience in tile and grout cleaning, sealing, and repair techniques.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and precision to deliver impeccable results and exceed client expectations.
• Customer-Focused: A customer-centric approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and address challenges in the restoration process.
