Technician

Role: Provide in-home and remote technology support to customers nationwide. Key Responsibilities Accept and manage customer service jobs through an online platform.Install, configure, and troubleshoot computers, WiFi networks, smart TVs, and smart home devices.Diagnose and resolve technical issues independently, both on-site and remotely.Deliver clear, friendly guidance to customers during setup and troubleshooting.Document completed work and provide recommendations for solutions.Maintain strong safety and privacy standards while supporting customers. Qualifications & Skills Strong technical knowledge of home and consumer technology.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Customer-focused communication and ability to explain solutions clearly.Comfort with remote support tools and independent issue resolution.Travel readiness for on-site customer visits.Reliable attention to documentation and compliance with safety/privacy practices.
