No experience required. In fact, we’re the only facility in the State of Washington that does what we do. So, we will provide on the job training.

Responsibilities

• Run machinery to manufacture LVL by setting or “laying up” the wood with glue and pressing it together to form a large board or “billet.”
• Maintain and operate machinery in the Press Department.
• Provide input on how to improve manufacturing processes.
• Ensure the quality of the product meets high standards.
• Work in collaboration with other team members in the Packaging Department to prepare LVL for shipment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to follow instructions.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or related field preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
