About the role

Automotive Technicians participate in routine inspections, contribute to vehicle assessments, and assist in repair procedures. Additionally, Automotive Technicians may interact with customers to explain repair procedures, answer inquiries, and provide exceptional service. Pay

Pay Range: $23.00 – $34.00 per hour. Our technicians enjoy a performance-based compensation model known as flat-rate pay. This system rewards our skilled professionals with a predetermined amount for each eligible task, fostering a culture of quality and efficiency and swift task accomplishment, ensuring you're fairly rewarded for your expertise and dedication.

Responsibilities

• General Vehicle Maintenance, including:
• Replacing air and cabin filters, light bulbs, and windshield wipers
• Check and adjust, if necessary, under-hood fluid levels
• Test, service, and replace vehicle batteries
• Washing windshields and adjusting tire pressure
• Perform visual safety checks and look for fluid leaks
• Perform inspections of steering, suspension, and brake systems
• Install batteries and check electrical systems
• Install parts
• Road test vehicles
• Maintain industry safety guidelines
• Timely attendance and accurate time record-keeping
• Basic shop maintenance and daily cleaning
