About the role

Technicians perform professional residential and commercial cleaning services while operating specialized equipment safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial pressure washing equipment
• Complete residential and commercial cleaning projects
• Perform window cleaning, paver restoration, soft washing, and specialty cleaning services
• Operate lifts and specialty equipment as trained
• Deliver exceptional workmanship while protecting customer property

Qualifications

• Previous pressure washing or related trade experience preferred
• Attention to detail and pride in quality work
• Strong safety awareness
• Professional attitude with customers and teammates
• Ability to work independently and as part of a crew
• Valid driver's license preferred

Schedule

Year-Round Work. Unlike many contractors, we offer opportunities throughout the year.

Spring, Summer and Fall: Residential & Commercial Pressure Washing, Building Washing, Brick Paver Restoration, Permanent lighting and event lighting

Winter: Residential Holiday Lighting, Permanent Lighting Installations, Large-scale municipal and commercial lighting displays

Pay

Starting at $25/hour
