Duties Maintenance & ReliabilityMaintenance work orders — Plan, perform, and document preventive and corrective maintenance activities.Testing & inspections — Complete verification, SOX witness inspections, and compliance tasks.Commissioning support — Support checkout and startup of new or modified systems.Construction assistance — Assist with project implementation and system integration.Documentation upkeep — Maintain accurate records, system documentation, and maintenance logs.Troubleshooting & RepairSystem diagnostics — Troubleshoot electrical, electronic, instrumentation, mechanical, and process control systems.Instrumentation repair — Repair, calibrate, and configure instrumentation and electronic devices.Control software troubleshooting — Diagnose communication issues and process control software faults.Root-cause analysis — Analyze failures, implement corrective actions, and recommend long-term solutions.Equipment MaintenanceGas compressor controlsRTU/SCADA systemsGas chromatographsGeneratorsTransducersTurbine and ultrasonic metersGas flow computersPressure regulatorsAir compressorsRelief valvesControllersMotors & motor controlsHMI systemsFront-end displaysDocumentation & Technical SupportTechnical drawing interpretation — Review electrical drawings, P&IDs, schematics, and manuals.Record updates — Update maintenance logs and work documentation.Cross-functional coordination — Work with engineers, operations, vendors, and contractors.Technical recommendations — Advise on maintenance, upgrades, and repairs. Required Skills: Troubleshooting proficiency — Strong ability to diagnose electrical, electronic, instrumentation, and control systems.Industrial safety — Demonstrated safe work practices in industrial environments.Technical interpretation — Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and schematics. Education Technical degree in Electrical Technology, Instrumentation, Controls, Electronics, or related field (preferred).Vocational training in electrical, instrumentation, or industrial controls.Industry certifications such as electrical licensing, instrumentation certification, or controls training (preferred).Safety training including OSHA, PPE use, and industrial hazard awareness.
