Description
As a technician, you’re the behind-the-scenes hero who keeps the fun running at full speed. You make sure every game is ready for action, every guest leaves with a smile, and every visit is unforgettable. From fixing games and keeping them in top shape to helping guests get back to the fun, you play a key role in delivering the ultimate entertainment experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on arcade games to minimize downtime and maintain like-new condition.
- Collaborate with the Technical Manager or General Manager to develop and execute a preventive maintenance plan.
- SOURCE AND MANAGE GAME PARTS TO MINIMIZE EXPENSES AND MAINTAIN ACCURATE TRACKING IN THE WEB-BASED SYSTEM.
- Communicate all arcade operational issues promptly to management.
- AID INSTEAD OF GUESTS WITH GAME ISSUES IN A FRIENDLY AND TIMELY MANNER.
- KEEP TOKEN CHANGERS, TICKET STATIONS, AND INSTANT WIN MERCHANDISE STOCKED AND FUNCTIONING PROPERLY.
- FOLLOW ALL SECURITY PROCEDURES FOR TOKEN COLLECTION, STORAGE, AND COMPANY ASSETS.
- ASSIST WITH GAME CLEANING, TICKET LOADING, AND GENERAL ARCADE UPGRADE.
- SUPPORT OTHER LOCATIONS WITH GAME SETUPS, MOVES, AND OPERATIONAL IMPROVEMENTS AS NEEDED.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards.
- PARTICIPATE IN OTHER RELATED DUTIES AS ASSIGNED BY MANAGEMENT
Requirements
- High School diploma and some technical training.
- Minimum one year of technical experience or equivalent training through classwork or previous employment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
