Role: Contract Technician providing in-home and remote tech support to customers nationwide. Responsibilities Include Installing and troubleshooting computers, WiFi networks, smart TVs, and smart home devices.Delivering clear, friendly guidance to customers.Accepting jobs through the platform, traveling to customer locations, and resolving issues independently.Documenting work performed and recommending effective solutions.Upholding safety and privacy standards during service delivery.
