- Prioritize actions to deliver results within defined deadlines
- Support the development of standardized processes and tools to make month end and forecast activities more efficient and repeatable
- Major in finance or accounting bachelor’s degree program at a 4-year university
- Masters/MBA preferred
- Previous work experience using Microsoft Excel and Essbase or OneStream financial systems
- Experience with financial planning and analysis in an automotive company is a plus
- Foundational knowledge of finance and accounting as well as fundamental Microsoft Excel skills
- English, Spanish a plus

The successful candidate will support financial analysis in the AAM division, focusing on financial reporting across actuals and forecast processes. They will have experience and educational training in accounting and financial analysis, and will contribute to ad hoc financial analysis projects and recurring monthly financial analysis requirements.
