Technician
Responsibilities
- Establish and deepen an area of technical specialty within the discipline and apply that expertise to daily work.
- Apply process improvement techniques and troubleshooting methods to resolve issues and optimize processes.
- Utilize appropriate tools, equipment, and software to perform work, including the creation, analysis, and verification of documentation, programs, models, processes, or production outputs.
- Create, review, and maintain accurate documentation and records to support consistent and compliant production.
- Demonstrate an intermediate, discipline-specific understanding of processes, product requirements, and specifications, and how they integrate into the full workflow.
- Collaborate with cross-discipline teams or suppliers, as needed, to support activities and ensure alignment with product specifications.
- Execute responsibilities independently in accordance with good practices and established processes.
- Provide hands-on support and technical guidance to direct production line operators, assisting with process-related questions, issues, and improvements.
- Identify and escalate issues in a timely manner and contribute to root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing safety, quality, efficiency, and reliability in operations.
Essential Skills
- Proven experience in troubleshooting processes and resolving production issues.
- Hands-on experience with processes, preferably in an electronics or related environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while following good manufacturing practices and established procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and process execution.
- Effective communication skills to support and collaborate with production line operators and cross-functional teams.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Neenah, WI.
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
