Technician - Assembly & Integration (Bellows Former)
About the role
This role is part of Blue Origin Operations, which includes Integrated Supply Chain, Test Operations, Safety, Quality, and Mission Assurance. It involves Manufacturing and Supply Chain support across all Blue Origin facilities.
Responsibilities
- Learn to form and assemble precision metal bellows components
- Set up and operate specialized forming equipment
- Follow detailed work instructions and engineering specifications
- Conduct dimensional inspections using precision measuring instruments
- Maintain production documentation and quality records
- Perform basic material preparation tasks
- Absorb and assist with production workflow to meet delivery schedules
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of metal fabrication concepts
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Willingness to learn specialized fabrication techniques
Preferred Experience
- Working with thin-wall Inconel or similar nickel-based alloys
- Familiarity with precision measurement tools
- Technical training in metal fabrication
- Experience in aerospace or other precision manufacturing environments

Pay
Full-time, 40 hours per week. B-shift: Mon-Thur (3 pm- 1:30 am); C-shift: Fri-Sun (5 am -5:30 pm)
