Responsibilities

• Drywall repair and installation
• Texture matching and finishing techniques
• Interior painting and repair preparation
• Professional customer service skills
• Jobsite organization and efficiency
• Proper use of tools and equipment
• Safety procedures and best practices
• Material handling and project preparation
• Assist technicians with drywall repair and painting projects
• Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment
• Prepare job sites before work begins
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
• Support technicians with measurements, material preparation, and project setup
• Follow company safety procedures
• Represent the company professionally at customer homes
• Learn and develop new skills every day

Requirements

• Construction, home service, or trade experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Dependable and punctual
• Willingness to learn and accept coaching
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Team-oriented mindset
• Pride in quality work and customer service
