Technician A (Electronic)

Responsibilities

• Assembly of multi-conductor and RF cables
• Building small electronic assemblies
• Mechanical/electrical assembly including wiring of devices into chassis assemblies
• Soldering and de-soldering of boards and terminals

Requirements

• Active Top Secret Clearance highly desirable
• Graduation from a two-year day technical school or its equivalent and a minimum of two years of applicable experience
• Demonstrated ability to interact with others respectfully and develop productive working relationships
• Able to work effectively for periods of time without supervision
• Able to lift light-to-moderate equipment (up to 60 pounds)

Qualifications

• Clean room assembly experience and experience working with, or certifications in military and space environmental standards are all pluses
