Your Role as a Technician
- Perform work outlined on repair orders efficiently and accurately
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues
- Conduct oil changes, brake repairs, tire rotations, and NY state inspections
- Complete software updates and key programming
- Collaborate with the parts department to secure required parts
- Inspect vehicles for additional repair and safety needs
- Document all work performed accurately on repair orders
- Maintain clean workspaces and customer vehicles
- Train and mentor apprentice technicians
- Stay current with manufacturer bulletins and training requirements
What We're Looking For
- A or B Level Technician experience required
- Manufacturer training preferred
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills
- Solid product knowledge
- Ability to perform essential job duties with or without accommodation
