Responsibilities

• Work in the field with local travel daily in a company vehicle
• Opportunity to work overtime and weekends, with potential for travel
• Troubleshoot equipment failures at the shop and on customer locations and handle repairs
• Work independently or as part of a team to set up and operate equipment at the shop and on customer sites

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
• 2‑5 years of experience working on commercial HVAC equipment, performing inspections, maintenance, and repairs
• Ability to obtain and maintain a TWIC card or valid DOT medical card as required by customer
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to move or lift objects, typically less than 75 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for prolonged periods; walk over uneven terrain without assistive devices
• Ability to move extremities and spine through a full range of motion from ground/floor level to overhead
• Good finger dexterity, hand‑eye coordination, and sufficient grip strength to safely hold tools and use ladders or stair railings
• Ability to meet physical demands: lift 60 lbs, push/pull 80 lbs, carry 60 lbs, climb stairs and ladders, and perform combined climbing while carrying 15 lbs, plus stooping, kneeling, and squatting

Pay

$33.00 to $42.00 per hour, with potential for overtime

Schedule

• Full‑time position with potential for overtime and/or weekends
• Availability to work assigned schedule, travel to work locations as needed, and be on standby for work outside regular shifts
