About the role
Responsible for creating technical documentation that explains products and services in clear, concise language.
Responsibilities
- Create and update user manuals, guides, and other technical documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and designers.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with company standards.
- Provide training and support to users as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and industry best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and PowerPoint.
Qualifications
- Experience with technical writing tools such as Confluence, JIRA, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development concepts.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
