About the role
Remote contract position with a flexible commitment of 10-40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Design and author expert-level evaluation tasks using realistic technical data.
- Create and curate source material, including product specifications and code samples.
- Define solution criteria and expected outputs for technical problem-solving assignments.
- Develop comprehensive grading rubrics assessing agent outputs on accuracy and precision.
- Draft diverse documentation tasks representative of authentic industry challenges.
- Collaborate asynchronously with project leads to refine deliverables.
Requirements
- Strong relevant experience in software, hardware, medical devices, or regulated industries.
- Demonstrated expertise in producing precise, testable technical documentation and instructions.
- Advanced skill in structured authoring and adherence to style guides.
- Exceptional written English skills with control of tone and technical register.
- Strong analytical and synthesis abilities to transform complex source material into clear guidance.
