Responsibilities
- Facilitates technical training sessions (classroom, virtual or hands-on) to support skills development, safety, quality and operational proficiency.
- Partners with experienced trainers and SMEs to maintain consistent delivery of technical instruction across shifts, teams and locations.
- Supports the development and updating of technical training materials, job aids and work instructions.
- Aids in the maintenance of training documentation, tracking training completion and entering records into learning systems.
- Assists with administering assessments, skills checks and practical evaluations to ensure technical competence.
- Contributes to the implementation of standardized technical training processes and procedures.
- Supports training audits, reviews and quality checks to promote accuracy and adherence to standards.
- Works with training managers and operational leadership to align training tasks with organizational priorities.
- Helps identify training gaps or improvement opportunities through feedback, observation and data review.
- Encourages learners, provides constructive feedback, and helps strengthen instructional consistency across teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or business field with a minimum of 4 years of related experience is required.
- Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and technical training methodologies.
- Ability to evaluate technical performance objectively and provide supportive coaching.
- Ability to follow structured training processes and support standardization efforts.
- Good communication skills with ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, management and customers as required.
- Ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships; work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Good problem identification and problem resolution skills.
- Ability to learn new technical concepts.

- Total Rewards Package: Salary range from $84,000 - $110,000, with potential for annual incentives and performance bonuses.
