Technical Training
Responsibilities
- Collaborate within a team environment to develop all aspects of training including training development, applicability, SME integration, and standardization.
- Work with instructors to ensure they have the appropriate tools to complete classes conducted both at Nightwing facilities and other CONUS sites.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated capability to design structured training frameworks that immerse the training group in exercises to meet the training objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree
- 12+ years experience in a training environment or related field
- 12+ years experience working with the customer in a classified environment
- 12+ years experience in training coordination, administrative support, or a related field
Skills
- Self-starter working equally well independently and in team environments
- Exercises sound personal judgment in unfamiliar, ambiguous situations
- Able to multi-task and change focus as demands change
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels of the organization
- Comfortable with the use of document/records management, Microsoft Office suite, and web-based tools
