Responsibilities
- Assist the Technical Training manager with the day-to-day running of the Technical Training department.
- Contribute to the design and delivery of new training programs and solutions to drive improvements in customer service, efficiency, and costs.
- Facilitate technical training at BSH sites and other locations.
- Participate in the development of technical training courses according to organizational requirements.
- Prepare training materials for training events as needed.
- Coordinate external trainers to provide specialist courses beyond BSH's catalogue.
- Maintain the technical training library developed by the Technical Training team.
- All other duties as required.
Requirements
- Two-Year College – Required
- Four-Year College – Preferred
- 3-5 Years Previous Training Experience – Required
- 5-7 Years Previous Training Experience – Preferred
- Comprehensive domestic appliance knowledge
- Electromechanical knowledge
- Product and service knowledge training
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
- Experience with virtual training platforms (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex)
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Travel: 50%
Pay & Benefits
Exact compensation offered may vary based on your specific skillset and work location. If the position is bonus or incentive eligible, payments range from 0% to 200% of target with details laid out within the plan document. Annual Bonus Incentive Target: 3%.
