Technical Trainer

About the role

This role leads technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure execution of the WOW Operating Way plan
• Deliver technical training and retain documentation
• Assess technical capabilities at repair centers
• Coach technicians on technical skills and efficiencies
• Monitor compliance with QC processes
• Provide feedback on repair tools and equipment
• Develop technician trainees and training clinics

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of industry experience
• 2 years of training delivery experience preferred
• Post-secondary education or equivalent GED
• Relevant industry certifications
• Commitment to ongoing professional education

Pay

$85,000 – $95,000 annually
