Responsibilities
- Lead product training on Indirect Tax Determination and Compliance
- Conduct virtual and onsite training sessions as needed
- Collaborate with Curriculum Designers and SMEs to assess training needs
- Synthesize feedback to develop training that supports business transformation
- Update training materials for product releases and maintain accuracy in guides
- Analyze feedback and training metrics for continual program improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, tax, finance, business, education, or related field
- At least two years of experience in indirect tax, tax technology, tax compliance, or customer training
- Experience with indirect tax technology or compliance platforms
- Skilled in delivering live and virtual training sessions for groups of 10 to 50+ participants
- Proficient in designing hands-on learning activities that promote adoption
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clarify complex concepts
