(Technical Targeter- General) Cyber Technical Analyst Principal (TS/SCI with Poly Required)

GCI is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Cyber Technical Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate is responsible for the following:

• Aid the customer in the active collection of data and analysis of collected data.
• Provide timely, concise, and accurate feedback and analysis to the customer, and be prepared to present data and findings on an as-needed basis.
• Draft and coordinate data and findings in customer systems.
• Aid in the preparation of responses to senior-level taskings/requirements.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Utilize an array of Targeting tools/databases for operational leads in support of technical projects.
• Assimilate and evaluate large amounts of data drawn from areas such as, but not limited to, all-source traces, technical projects, and imagery.
• Convert data into actionable project leads.
• Develop and maintain contacts with the appropriate customer, other USG organizations, and IC partners to effectively support/coordinate the sharing of leads.
• Present results of project research with strong analytic, writing, and briefing skills.
• Work with the customer and IC targeting tools and databases.
• Work as a "self-starter" and steer a targeting program with minimal top-down guidance on specific target prioritization or preferred targeting methods.

Desired Skills And Abilities

• Demonstrated experience with foreign language skills (spoken, written, or reading), specifically Arabic, Chinese, Russian, or Farsi.
• Demonstrated experience working in counterintelligence areas.
• Demonstrated experience in cyber collection and HUMINT.
• Demonstrated experience and working knowledge of telecommunications, including cellular networks and computer networks.
• Demonstrated experience monitoring and tracking ongoing efforts and ongoing communication with stations, bases, and other IC elements.

Education Requirement

A Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience).

Experience Requirement

• 8-10 years of experience.
• A US Citizen with an active/current TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
