Technical Targeter

About the role

SAIC is seeking a Technical Targeter for an exciting program in Sterling, VA. The ideal candidate will have a background in various tools and technologies, with experience in tactical, operational, and strategic intelligence support.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain targeting packages
• Operate in high-pressure environments
• Manage large and small projects
• Communicate highly complex technical information accurately and clearly
• Work collaboratively in a team environment
• Provide outstanding customer support
• Interact with others to communicate processes and procedures
• Pivot and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Deliver clear and concise briefings to technical and non-technical audiences
• Work within an ambiguous, evolving digital environment individually and as a member of a collaborative team

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
• At least 5 years of targeting or other ops/intel experience
• At least 9 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Target-package building experience
• Advanced experience using targeting and partner analytic tools
• Experience or strong familiarity with communications infrastructure
• Experience working with raw unprocessed data, as well as large data sets
• Experience working in a Linux environment
• Strong analytic, research, and investigative skills
• Personal initiative and technical expertise
• Capacity to confidently deliver clear and concise briefings
• Experience mentoring junior targeters
• Familiarity with telecommunications and/or networking background

Qualifications

• Must currently hold an Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
