Technical Targeter and Discovery Analyst
About the role
As a Technical Targeter and Discovery Analyst, you will use your specialized expertise in SIGINT and attention to detail to develop access leads and products that provide actionable intelligence and context to your clients. You will work with a team of analysts to solve complex problems that have an end-to-end impact on national security.
Responsibilities
- Develop access leads and products using SIGINT and other intelligence sources
- Support and leverage CNO projects to enhance intelligence analysis
- Read, process, and implement all-source intelligence reports
- Parse, research, analyze, and fuse complex data sets to generate leads
- Identify and exploit vulnerabilities in telecommunications, weapons, and space-based technologies
- Collaborate with other analysts to share skills and expertise
- Influence mission stakeholders through complex problem-solving
Requirements
- Experience with telecommunications, weapons, and space-based technologies
- Experience with social network analysis, network exploitation, and target development
- Ability to leverage processes and client tools for SIGINT discovery analysis
- Ability to read and process all-source intelligence reports and implement directives
- Ability to parse, research, analyze, and fuse complex data sets and generate leads
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Qualifications
- Nice if you have: experience with dataflow and SIGINT architecture, experience supporting multi-agency collaboration, knowledge of telecommunications networks, knowledge of all-source intelligence, knowledge of latest SIGINT developments, knowledge of CNO processes and capabilities, knowledge of ports, protocols, and network configurations, ability to assess network vulnerabilities and identify key network topology

Pay
The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD).
Schedule
Full-time and part-time employees working at least 20 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in Booz Allen’s benefit programs. Individuals that do not meet the threshold are only eligible for select offerings, not inclusive of health benefits.
