Technical Systems Manager, Corporate Security

Rooms To Go is hiring for a Corporate Security Technical Systems Manager, which will support our stores regionally and be responsible for ensuring the stores are in compliance with Rooms To Go company policies. The scope of responsibility will include asset protection, management of Loss Prevention Equipment and the directing of Service Work, Installs Networked camera systems, and Access Control. Key Areas Of Responsibility Include Knowledge of access control systems to ensure proper operationRepair and reconfigure access control system equipmentDiagnose communication problems and install control devices and other componentsDiagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issuesTroubleshoot and verify correct operation of equipment and field devicesInstall, replace and re-commission devices, equipment and software Required Skills And Experience A minimum of 1-3 years of leadership/supervisory position in Loss PreventionStrong leadership profile and excellent Technical skillsSolid technical skills and experience related to access control, intrusion, networked camera systems and other various security related systemsExperience installing, servicing, and maintaining access control and close circuit television systemsExcellent customer service skillsExcellent verbal and written skillsAbility to effectively plan and execute strategiesEffective prioritizing and time management skillsAbility to build partnerships with operation and store managersCommitment to exemplifying the highest integrity and professional business standards
