About the role
Technical/Systems Analyst IV – 6‑month contract (remote). Not open to 3rd‑party C2C consultants; visa sponsorship is not available.
Responsibilities
- Assist with deployment and update of Nice InContact Studio scripts across US sites.
- Act as a secondary telecom engineer for updating and implementing Studio scripts and converting pharmacies from RingCentral to NICE.
- Receive design changes from the project lead and make the corresponding changes/script within CXOne.
- May conduct user training to ensure employees understand the new system.
- Apply strong prioritization, communication, and project‑management skills.
Pay
$72.64 – $77.64 per hour (estimate; not adjusted for geographic differential).
