About the role
The Position Schedule: This position is within a 24/7 call center. It is expected for this individual to have flexibility working 2nd or 3rd shifts and/or weekends, including some holidays. Your schedule will be determined on a quarterly basis.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary support liaison between Roche and our customers, as well as serve as a technical resource for internal sales and marketing partners.
- Provide phone support and manage the resolution of complex technical issues involving laboratory equipment usage, software, and diagnostic applications for Roche Tissue Diagnostics products.
- Track and maintain records in accordance with Roche Quality and FDA requirements.
- Develop and promote loyal business relationships through interactions.
Requirements
- A Minimum Associate’s degree in Medical Technology, Histotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, Molecular/Biology/Chemistry, or similar.
- At least 2+ years of experience working in this or a similar role.
Qualifications
- A customer service focus with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Preferred qualifications include holding a Bachelor of Science, ASCP certification, and industry knowledge of clinical laboratory topics.

Pay
The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indiana is $60,300.00 - $112,100.00 USD Annual. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
