Technical Support Specialist - Residential

About the Role

Visionary Broadband, a division of Visionary Communications, Inc., is seeking a Technical Support Specialist - Residential to join our team in Gillette, Casper, or Sheridan, WY. Our company has grown from a small Bulletin Board Service in 1994 to a premier internet provider in the Rocky Mountain Region, focusing on rural service and customer-centric solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide quick and accurate assistance to customers with technical issues.
• Offer unique and innovative solutions to customer problems.
• Work with customers over the phone and in person to resolve issues.
• Maintain a strong command of the company’s network, customer database, and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Understanding of computers (Windows to Mac) and internet-based applications (email apps, browsers).
• Basic understanding of networking and networking equipment.
• Attention to detail and documentation.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Patience and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in multiple systems simultaneously.

Pay

$19.23 - $21.00 Hourly Wage
