Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop strong relationships with key customers across various regions.

  • Represent Smarsh at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and partnerships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer relationship management or a similar field.
  • Proven ability to manage and mentor a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems and customer relationship management tools.

  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
