Technical Support Specialist

About the role

This part-time job is a great introduction to the technical field! Position category: Hourly/Work Study. Located at Weber State University, Ogden, UT. Job training will be provided, so no previous technical experience is required.

• Wide variety of technical support and troubleshooting tasks

• High school diploma or equivalent

Background check: Not required.

Qualifications

• Past customer service experience (preferred)
• Computer troubleshooting skills (preferred)

Pay

Starting wage is $14.75 per hour with a $0.25 per hour raise after initial training.

Schedule

• 20–28 hours per week (minimum 20 hours)
• Months per year: 12
• Flexible to work around class schedules
• Core hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday–Friday (portion of core hours desired)
• Alternate work schedule available
