About the Opportunity:The TECH SUPPORT SPECIALIST is responsible for providing technical support and customer service across multiple client sites. This role manages support tickets, resolves hardware and software issues, assists with network tasks, and ensures service levels are met. The position contributes to the organization's mission by maintaining efficient technology operations that support healthcare delivery. Responsibilities:Manage and own support tickets escalated from the remote help deskAssist Network Administrator with basic networking tasks, including file restores, cabling, and hardware installationPerform desktop support tasks such as printer installation, password resets, and account management for new and departing employeesResolve workstation, printer, phone, and software/hardware connectivity issues via phone, email, remote access, or onsiteDeliver professional and helpful customer service to all clientsDocument all support requests, actions taken, and resolutionsParticipate in occasional evening, weekend, and on-call support as requiredEnsure adherence to Service Level Agreements with clientsPerform other duties as assigned Requirements:Minimum 2 years of desktop support experienceAt least 2 years experience configuring and maintaining PCs and laptops, including Windows 10/11, networking, Office/Open Office applications, internet, and antivirusMinimum 2 years experience managing Office 365 user accountsAbility to multitask effectivelyAvailability to commute to offices occasionallyWillingness to work after hours, weekends, and on-call shifts as neededReliable transportation and valid US driver’s license Pay Range and Compensation Package:Hourly pay ranges from $20 to $36 per hour based on full-time employment Benefits & Perks:401(k) plan Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
