Job Responsibilities
- Executes field action remediation including deploying software and firmware remotely, configuring devices in RSS, and performing other remote remediation activities.
- Maintains accurate records and documentation on service tickets.
- Completes service documentation as required.
- Interfaces and works closely with advanced support specialists as needed.
Qualifications
- Three to five years of service experience in troubleshooting and repairing electronic systems, preferred.
- Computer Science, Technology, or Healthcare-related degree or equivalent work experience.
- Two to three years of proven applied experience in a similar role.
- Goal and action-oriented with strong analytical skills to troubleshoot problems logically.
- Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and versions, Active Directory, domain security, and Bomgar.
- Knowledge of cloud computing, SQL, AD, Windows-Unix/Linux, Remote access, and SQL scripting.
