About the role
We're looking for a Technical Support Specialist who loves technology, enjoys helping people, and wants to grow beyond basic troubleshooting. At our company, you'll work with businesses across multiple industries, supporting modern IT environments that include: Microsoft 365, Azure & Entra ID, Sophos Security Solutions, Servers & Networking, Cloud Technologies, and Business Applications.
Responsibilities
- Provide remote and onsite technical support for business clients
- Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, and hardware issues
- Respond to service requests and resolve technical problems efficiently
- Document work performed and maintain accurate ticket notes
- Aid with workstation deployments, upgrades, and migrations
- Collaborate with senior engineers on projects and escalations
- Deliver exceptional customer service while solving technical challenges

Preferred Experience
- Experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory / Entra ID, and networking fundamentals
- Endpoint management and ticketing systems experience
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or equivalent experience
