About the role
The Technical Support Specialist will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and product understanding by providing technical and product support, collaborating with the Technical Solutions Engineering team, and improving internal and external documentation.
Responsibilities
- Interact daily with customers to resolve technical and product questions
- Work closely with the Technical Solutions Engineering team to improve resolution rates
- Develop and improve technical support documentation
- Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems
- Engage with AI-assisted tools to enhance response quality and documentation
Requirements
- Proven experience in a product support role, particularly in a tech industry
- A customer-centric mindset with a passion for exceptional support and relationship-building
- Experience working with Product and Engineering teams to improve the product and internal tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to articulate complex concepts clearly
Qualifications
- Technical support experience, preferably in software or technology
- Customer service background with a track record of resolving challenging problems
- Experience with Zendesk (nice-to-have)
