Technical Support Manager (Hybrid)

M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CT, and on-call 24/7
Schedule is hybrid with 3 days onsite.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day supervision of the City Office Technical Support team
• Activities of nine technicians in eight offices across the United States
• Serve as the single point of contact for our end user base at each location
• Integrate with a larger technical team in Kansas City to understand and deploy new technology and provide assistance with associated projects
• Facilitate strong relationships within the technical and end user community, including seven Office Administrators located on-site at each location
• Lead a large decentralized team, ensuring accountability and timeliness of deliverables
• Provide timely, accurate, and professional service at all times

Qualifications

• 4 year Bachelors Degree preferred
• 4 Years of Management or relevant experience Required
• Five years of technical support Required
• Strong Team Management skills
• Exceptional Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to quickly make clear and concise decisions
• Strong Project Management Skills
• Strong Time Management Skills
• Ability to travel 30% of the time
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong sense of professionalism
• Prior Law firm experience preferred

Pay

The salary range for this role at the noted RRD location is $85,000 - $136,000 / year. Starting pay decisions are determined based on multiple factors including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, skills, experience, certifications, proficiency, performance, shift, location, and other business needs. Typically, roles follow step progressions to a target rate or set increments over time.
