About the role

The Foueyes Technical Support Manager (TSM) is an integral part of the Foueyes organization, contributing results and action items for our clients and internal team members. As part of the Technical Support Team, we expect collaboration and clear communication - amongst each other and with other teams.

Responsibilities

  • Helping clients. Handling the more complex questions that our customers bring to us, and keeping them updated on their inquiries and ensuring they understand the issue.
  • Account Setup. Creating Foueyes accounts that enroll in our products, and ensuring their setup is correct and optimal for their needs.
  • Identifying solutions. Making recommendations on process improvements based on challenges articulated by customers and other members of the technical support team.
  • Leveraging technology. Mastering Foueyes and supporting key infrastructure technologies such as Salesforce and Intercom.
  • Fielding Questions. Being a key resource for the organization, assisting both customers and internal stakeholders with technical support or additional insights.
  • Understanding our backend systems. Learning all aspects of Foueyes, its quirks, integrations, and being able to explain them clearly.
  • Mastery of capabilities. Ensuring everything works as intended, researching thoroughly to find the right answers.

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent technical aptitude and passion for connecting customer issues to product innovation and improvement.
  • Customer advocate to internal teams, ready to handle interruptions and shifts between reactive and proactive tasks.
  • History of success, with stories about mastering Salesforce and translating complex technical concepts to clients.
  • Data-driven approach to understanding performance and a knack for optimism and innovation.
  • Organized, with a proven ability to manage tasks and delegate effectively.
  • Clear communicator, skilled in both writing and speaking, with a knack for digging into details and solving problems.
  • Experience in technical support or related roles with a focus on customer service for SaaS products, particularly in the automotive industry.
