As a Tier 3 Technical Support Engineer at UVeye, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the safety and reliability of vehicles on a global scale. Your work will directly impact automotive safety and reliability, improving lives and businesses internationally.

Requirements

• 3+ years in Tier 3 Technical Support, Systems Engineering, DevOps, or SRE - ideally in SaaS, IoT, or hardware/software environments
• Deep, hands-on Linux troubleshooting via command line
• Proven experience deploying and troubleshooting Docker and Kubernetes in production
• Strong grasp of networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, DHCP, routing, firewalls, load balancers
• Scripting fluency in Bash or Python for automation and log analysis
• Working knowledge of at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Comfort operating in Jira Service Management, GitHub, and Salesforce
• IaC/deployment tools (Jenkins, Helm) are a plus
• Machine vision or AI-driven SaaS background is a plus
• Startup experience is a plus
• Automotive tech or enterprise hardware+software exposure is a plus
• Ability to translate technical capability into business outcomes

Pay

The annual base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000.
